• Educates patients and families and acts as a resource for staff.
• Participates in the Preceptor program to train new employees.
• Attends daily huddles to coordinate unit assignments and shift coverage.
• Adheres to NMHS policies, regulatory requirements, and behavioral standards.
• Maintains professional development and staying informed on evolving nursing practice.
