Job summary

Bartow Regional Medical Center, part of BayCare Health System, seeks a compassionate RN to join the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit in Bartow, FL. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires an active RN license and BLS certification, with a minimum of 6 months acute care experience. Shift is Days, with weekends on a rotation, and is on-site only.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of RN acute care experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other healthcare team members
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
• Maintain professional accountability and support ongoing professional development
