Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• ADN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other healthcare team members.
• Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age.
• Maintain professional accountability and support ongoing professional development.
