• Develops nursing care plans by assessing residents, documenting condition, and setting objectives.
• Instructs residents and families on condition, medications, and self-care skills.
• Evaluates resident care by comparing outcomes to standards and updating the plan as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean care environment by following infection-control and medication procedures.
