Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025; earlier hires held to prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological needs and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement and coordinate care with delegation to the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Uphold professionalism, ethical standards, documentation, and licensure compliance.
