Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team. This office serves adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis, delivering high-quality home health care with compassion and reliability.

Formación
- A current FL RN license is required.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in medical/surgical care.
- Home care experience preferred but not required.
Responsabilidades
- Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
- Document doctors' orders and interventions accurately.
- Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
