Job summary

Lajollanursingandrehab in the United States seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote health, recovery, and safe outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals, provide education to patients and families, and offer emotional support within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome; licensure required for practice in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Document care activities accurately in electronic records.
