Extended Care LLC is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our full-time team. You will lead nursing assistants, ensure accurate documentation, and administer medications under physician orders in a compassionate care setting.

RN Requirements:

• Active Nursing License as required by the state
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Ability to positively relate to residents and visitors
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable
