Job summary

The Lodge at Red Rocks is seeking a caring RN to deliver high-quality clinical care in a skilled nursing setting in Morrison, CO. You will support residents’ recovery and daily wellness, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized, dignified care.

We offer competitive pay of $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, full-time hours, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, Tapcheck access to earned wages, ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active is required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care.
• Support residents in recovery and daily wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to personalize care.
• Develop and monitor nursing care plans with physicians and therapists.
• Record administration of medications.
• Ensure safe, clean environments and adherence to safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.
