Job summary

The Lodge at Red Rocks is seeking a caring RN to provide high-quality clinical care in a skilled nursing setting in Morrison, Colorado. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ recovery and daily wellness, delivering personalized, dignified care and following established nursing plans.

This full-time position reports to the Director of Nursing and offers a supportive, resident-centered environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree as required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Preferred prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care to residents.
• Support residents in recovery and daily wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for personalized care.
• Develop and follow nursing care plans with physicians and therapists.
• Record medication administration and ensure safety compliance.
