Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Milton, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for 2 North, a 31-bed medical-surgical and telemetry unit. You will provide safe, patient-centered care on a dynamic unit, working under the nurse manager and collaborating with a dedicated team.

The role offers 32 hours per week with rotating shifts and every other weekend/holiday rotation, full-time benefits, shift differentials, and growth opportunities within the BID system.

Qualifications

• Recent acute Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process and document care.
• Collaborate with health care providers to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
• Maintain competencies for patient population served and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in unit-based QA studies and staff training as needed.
