Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Randallstown, Maryland. This full-time role covers adult and geriatric clients in Baltimore County, with flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.

Qualifications

• A current RN license in Maryland is required.
• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or degree.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for patients in home settings.
• Make routine home visits to clients in Randallstown and surrounding areas.
• Administer medications, perform wound care and treatments as directed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Document care and orders accurately in EMR.
• Coordinate case management and patient communication.
• Support 1:1 visits and ensure quality patient outcomes.
