Job summary

Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center in Yankton, SD is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver nursing care, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the health care team to support residents and families.

The role requires a current RN license, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work day shifts with some weekend coverage; experience in long-term care is preferred. A sign-on bonus and robust benefits are offered to eligible hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by reviewing and implementing physician orders.
• Coordinate with the health care team to implement the care plan.
• Document resident status and changes accurately.
• Educate residents and families on care and medications.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
