Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and coordinating with the health care team.

• Educates patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Evaluates care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains a safe care environment and adheres to policies and regulations.
• Documents care in patient and department records.
• Keeps equipment functional and stock supplies for patient care.
• Maintains competence in nursing capabilities as directed.
