Job summary

Tuckerman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate RN for part-time and PRN/Per Diem opportunities. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with an hourly pay range of $37-$46.

The RN will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensure compliance with care standards, and maintain accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, alongside an active Maryland RN license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice.
• Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Collaborate with teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and nursing regulations.
