Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Towson, MD is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for immediate openings. We offer full-time and part-time roles across 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with pay between $37 and $46 per hour all-inclusive.

You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
