Marquis Health Consulting Services supports Tuckerman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time and PRN shifts. Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans align with physician orders and facility standards.

Qualifications include an active Maryland RN license and BLS CPR, with the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards of nursing practice, physician plan of treatment, and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
