Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Supervise CNAs, assign duties, train new staff, ensure adherence to facility standards.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
