Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with an active, unencumbered state license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts and manage workload and training.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
