Quality Talent Group is seeking registered nurses (RN) for our client, a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers. Positions cover multiple specialties, with day or night shifts and both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state or a compact license, BLS certification, and the ability to work independently and with a care team. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, patient education, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
