Complete Care at Madison is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, compassionate care to residents in our community. You will monitor patients, administer medications, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and standards.
