Langley Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and flexible shifts: 7 AM–3 PM for FT, and 3 PM–11 PM for FT/PT.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents' conditions, implement care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote resident health and dignity in a 70-bed sub-acute and long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an active VA RN license.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per the physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the care plan.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
