Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care and support the healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care. The role emphasises leadership, professional standards, and ongoing education within a regional hospital network.

The RN must hold a current Texas nursing license (or compact license) and have at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS and ACLS required
• STABLE and NRP within 6 months
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
