Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is hiring a Clinical Supervisor RN to lead patient care teams in a full-time role at Denison, TX. You will oversee direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate multidisciplinary staff, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes in a busy acute care facility.

The position requires Texas nursing licensure, 2+ years in acute care, and relevant leadership experience; BSN is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• A current Texas nursing license or compact is required.
• Two years experience in acute care nursing.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience (1 year) preferred.
• RQI, BLS, ACLS and PALS provided at hire; must maintain certifications.
• National certification in area of supervision preferred (e.g., CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with policies and standards.
• Assume shift responsibility and coordinate direct and indirect nursing care.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
