Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3B Medical/Surgical unit. The RN provides direct patient care across adult, geriatric, pediatric and adolescent populations, following the nursing process with emphasis on teamwork and outcomes.

Requirements include a nursing degree, current Georgia RN license (or multi-state eNLC), and BLS CPR (PALS preferred). The role may include Shift Leader duties and opportunities for professional growth in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Manage care for assigned patients and demonstrate professional growth.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
• Care for adult, geriatric, pediatric and adolescent patients on assigned units.
• May assume Shift Leader responsibilities as requested and/or in preparation for advancement.
