Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide higher level clinical support to the health care team in Hartford, CT. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established RN standards, policies, and procedures while collaborating across care teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN Preferred
• Licensure: Current Connecticut RN license required

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
• Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members.
• Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
• Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.
