Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison in Wisconsin is seeking a Regular RN to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, collaborative care planning, and high-quality outcomes within the Medical/Surgical department. Eligible candidates include graduates of accredited nursing programs with RN licensure in Wisconsin or a compact state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• State RN license required in WI or compact states per location.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care following established policies and protocols.
• Builds therapeutic relationships with patient and family to develop individualized care plans.
• Applies nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Coordinates with inter-professional team to address patient needs and safety.
