Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Benchmark at Orchard Valley. The role runs days, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday and every other weekend.

Competitive pay of $32.50-$36.50 per hour is offered in a warm, home-like environment with a strong team focus. You will deliver nursing care to residents, coordinate care, and mentor supportive staff while upholding state regulations and high standards of resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers through case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and activate backup when needed.
