The LPN will deliver patient care, administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate with residents, families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisor about resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during shift.
• Perform other duties as required.
