Job summary

Laurelwood Community Living Center in Laurel, MS is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our growing team on the full-time evening shift from 7am to 3pm. The LPN will deliver patient care, administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate with residents, families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL care as ordered.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and supervisor about resident status.
• Maintain accurate medical records during shift.
• Perform other duties as required.
