Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Virginia license or compact state

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Coordinate involvement of patient, family, and health team in care, including discharge planning.
• Communicate and coordinate plan of care with health team members.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Provide input to Nurse Manager on unit needs.
