Job summary

Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Whitemarsh, PA is seeking an RN Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. We are offering a $5000 sign-on bonus to attract skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.

As an RN, you will administer medications, assess residents, develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate clearly with patients and families. Current PA RN licensure and strong patient-care skills are required.

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
