Job summary

Crossville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our caring long‑term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and develop individualized care plans to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care in a long‑term care and rehabilitation environment.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
