Consumer Direct Care Network in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Respite Worker to provide in-home care for an elementary-age child with Autism. You will support daily routines, safety, and meaningful social engagement in a family setting.

• Experience with children with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to remain active and move quickly as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and safety for the child.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support companionship and social engagement.
• Transport to and from community outings.
