Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one safety-focused care and constant supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities.
• Help the child navigate emotional regulation with calm, consistent responses.
• Create a structured, secure environment that promotes comfort, confidence, and predictability.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate activities and adapt to sensory needs and energy levels.
• Monitor and document behavior and mood, communicating with parents.
