Job summary

Grace Management Services facility is seeking a Transporter to move residents to and from appointments, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure all paperwork is completed before departure. The role emphasizes resident safety, courtesy to patients and staff, and teamwork with the care team.

You will help maintain transportation vehicles, follow driving safety protocols, and participate in in-services as directed by the facility administration.

Qualifications

• State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform essential transportation duties safely.
• Must read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments safely.
• Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed before leaving the facility.
• Escort residents to appointments when needed.
• Maintain exceptional customer service with residents, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain and assist with cleaning of transportation vehicles.
• Attend in-services as directed by the administrator.
