Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare - South is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical tasks and daily care, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist nursing services with non-clinical duties, help with meals, encourage resident participation, and maintain rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately document information and follow care procedures.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Compassionate care and well-being focus for residents.

Responsibilities

• Bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and cleanup per dietary guidelines.
• Encourage participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures (Patient Bill of Rights, responsibilities).
• Observe and report concerns or safety issues to management/nursing staff.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.
