Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, MA is hiring Smoking Attendants to join our care team. You will provide residents with a clean, orderly smoking environment and assist with transportation to and from the designated smoking area.

This full-time role offers weekly pay at $16/hour, on-the-job training, and benefits including health and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer match. Shift schedules include weekdays and weekend blocks.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with smoking activity and transportation to designated smoking area.
• Maintain a clean designated smoking area.
• Ensure residents stay in a safe smoking environment.
• Protect resident confidentiality.
• Promote positive resident and family relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
