Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dining server to provide exceptional dining services to residents in a timely and courteous manner. The role includes greeting residents, taking orders, serving meals, restocking, cleaning, and ensuring sanitation compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in an assisted living environment, with a strong emphasis on dignity, privacy, and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Sets tables before meals and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Provides feedback from residents to the Director of Food Service regarding meals and preferences.
• Busses and resets tables in the dining room after meals and restocks condiments.
• Cleans the dining room and follows safety and sanitation rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
