Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Vermont seeks a friendly dining room server to provide timely, courteous meal service to residents. You will greet residents warmly, take orders, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure accurate resident dietary needs are followed.

You will assist with setting tables, bussing, stocking condiments, cleaning the dining room, and maintaining sanitation standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of experience in an assisted living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents
• Greets all residents in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Sets tables before meals
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Provides feedback from residents to the Director of Food Service regarding meals and food preferences
• Busses and resets tables in the dining room following meals
• Restocks dining room tables with condiments
• Cleans the dining room after meals
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
