Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary needs and portion sizes, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly, high-quality service to residents and staff.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with food service helps. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, work on-site, and comply with vaccination policies; residency in the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior food service/kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
