Inspirations of Tempe is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to deliver compassionate physical and psychosocial care to residents in a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

You will work under the Wellness Director and shift supervisor, performing daily living tasks, monitoring health, and reporting changes while upholding infection control and safety standards. This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and respect for resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Caregiver in Arizona.
• Must provide Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid Certification, and Food Handler's Card.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and services to residents and supports wellness staff.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Maintains professionalism when interacting with residents and families.
• Reports suspected abuse to licensed staff immediately.
• Documents services provided on company forms.
• Operates basic office and medical equipment as needed.
• Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation.
• Observes changes in residents’ condition and reports to supervisor.
• Performs room checks and monitors environmental safety.
