Qualifications

• Six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and report deviations to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Follow ISP and daily task sheets; communicate changes to supervisors.
• Maintain infection control procedures and safe living environments; document progress.
