Job summary

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Facility’s policies and procedures.
• Report abuse, neglect, or violations to the Administrator or supervisor.
• Provide direct and indirect resident care under a licensed nurse.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities (care, bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Stock and organize resident rooms; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Document care and services as provided and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Transport residents to meals, appointments, and activities; assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist in care of dying residents and post-mortem care when required.
