Job summary

Staffers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the nursing team in Tomahawk, WI. The role involves direct resident care, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe, clean environment to promote a compassionate, person-centered atmosphere.

Responsibilities include providing basic nursing care within scope, responding to call lights, protecting resident privacy, and collaborating with caregivers to meet each resident’s needs while adhering to infection

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• Must complete 12 hours of in service education annually as required.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care within the Nursing Assistant’s scope of practice.
• Respond to call lights and other resident needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure residents’ right to privacy and dignity.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures and maintain a clean environment.
