Job summary

Agape Home in Fruitport, MI is seeking a dedicated Resident Life Partner to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals, housekeeping, and social engagement. You will follow individualized care plans and document care while maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include medication administration under supervision, safety awareness, and collaboration with the care team to provide a respectful, enriching living environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Administer medications per physician orders and maintain documentation.
• Participate in meals, housekeeping, activities, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, and toileting.
• Observe health status and report changes to the team.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks; maintain a clean cottage.
• Provide planned and spontaneous activities in a calm environment.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in drills; follow safety protocols.
• Document care and follow resident Life Plans; work with the team.
