• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

• Answer signal lights to determine residents' needs and assist with residents and families as needed.
• Serve and collect food trays; assist with serving and stocking drinks, snacks, and supplies.
• Assist with transports of residents and with resident activities.
• Assist nursing staff with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
