Discovery Senior Living in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to support the Director of Health & Wellness in administrative and clinical coordination within the Wellness Department. This role ensures resident care services are delivered safely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Position highlights include Full Time status, second shift 2pm-10pm, location at 6870 Alister Way Fort Myers FL 33912, and pay rate $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Minimum age 18 and experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and complete required documentation and logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Health & Wellness with administrative and operational duties.
• Coordinate resident care needs including scheduling, documentation, and logs.
• Maintain staffing schedules with a four-week rolling plan and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor medication passes, MAR reviews, and lab orders as assigned.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Conduct safety checks and support orientation and training for Care Managers.
