Prestige Senior Living – Monticello Park in Longview, WA, is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support a safe, home-like environment. The role requires completing a competency evaluation within 120 days and state training including Revised Fundamentals of Care, Dementia Care, First Aid, CPR and HIV training.

• High school diploma or GED with one+ year of personal care experience.
• Must complete competency evaluation within 120 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care and observe changes in condition.
• Assist with ADLs and document care accurately.
• Support dining, meals, and dining room activities.
• Respond to assistance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and housekeeping standards.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
