Job summary
JGS, Ruth's House in Longmeadow, MA seeks a Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and basic care. The role offers both full-time and part-time shifts, with PRN options, and a starting hourly rate of $18.00–$21.00 based on experience.

Qualifications
- Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with MA registry.
- Fluent English - verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and intake/output; report changes promptly.
- Provide basic patient care under licensed nurses; assist with repositioning and mobility.
- Support quality of life; encourage engagement in meaningful daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow infection control; respond to call lights.
