Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely and safe manner.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs.
